MODEL 813 - 13" CAPACITY CHIPPER

The Model 813 is a single feed roll unit with an extra wide 18" opening. Performance and durability is the trade mark of this unit. Drain plugs on all tanks, fenders with light enclosures, 360 degree exhaust chute, lockable tanks and engine enclosures, are just some of the standard features of this unit. All the basic components are included in base unit. Engine options, both gas and diesel are available. The Model 813 is built with the operator in mind, and will perform consistently and efficiently day after day.

Speed Sensing is available as an option. Speed Sensing monitors the impeller RPM, and should the RPM drop to a certain RPM, the infeed will stop and wait for the RPM of the impeller to come up to full operating RPM, and then it will start feeding in the material. An invaluable tool!

Hydraulic Feed Roll Lift is an excellent option when processing large branches. Pull the lever on the infeed and the infeed roller is raised so that the branch can be loaded directly under the infeed roller. Lower the lever on the branch and the feed roller will pull the branch in.

Exhaust Chute Options include a height adjustable chute, a hand crank rotational chute and easy adjust exhaust deflector. The height adjustable exhaust is a great option when loading debris directly into the collection vehicle. The hand crank exhaust option is very useful if frequent debris exhaust direction is needed. The easy adjust exhaust flap is also useful when direction of chips needs to be made frequently. These three options are great time savers.

The High Speed Winch option is a great option to have when large branches need to be retrieved and brought to the chipper for disposal.

The TP411, Mini-Track Paver is new and improved and has been received by the pavement contractor as a big time labor and cost saver. We've upgraded the engine to a 14HP Hatz diesel, added 2-9" independently operated cast augers as standard equipment, and enlarged the cut off door. All operations are hydraulic and all controls are on the rear of the machine.
