"I was looking for a versatile PTO Chipper. I compared the Salsco 826 to Patu and Morbark - Salsco won! I called Union Farm Equipment the Salsco Dealer in Maine, and I called Salsco, and all my questions were answered. I was prompted to by the Salsco because it is American made, parts availability and Union Farm Equipment. The size of the brush I chip fits into the chipper easily and the vertical layout of the infeed chute was important too. The 826 exceeds my expectation; very little maintenance except greasing.
