The 810M has an Extra Wide 18" Infeed Opening to handle huge amounts of brush with ease. The infeed handle has a full reverse, neutral, slow and fast speed and is easily accessible from either side of the infeed. Two Bed Knives, one horizontal and one vertical, are adjustable and sharpenable and provide excellent chipping power when processing vines, palm fronds and evergreens.
OPTIONS INCLUDE:
The SSS Salsco Safety Shield, which is highly recommended by Salsco, is a safety system that vastly improves wood chipping safety, proactively and effectively preventing wood chipper injury by shutting down the chipper’s infeed system when an operator enters a defined hazard zone.
