Double A Celebrates 30 Years in Scotland’s Groundcare Industry

This summer, Double A celebrates 30 years of supplying equipment and support to Scotland’s groundcare industry.

The company’s story began in 1996, when Sandy Armit, now Managing Director, traveled across Scotland demonstrating the Groundsman Aerator range to golf courses and bowling clubs. From those early days, Double A steadily expanded its product offering and customer base.

In 2001, the company built its headquarters in Cupar, Fife. Today, Double A employs 56 people across three outlets in Scotland and represents a range of leading groundcare equipment brands.

That experience and commitment to the turf industry also makes Double A an important Salsco Rollers distributor, helping connect customers in Scotland with Salsco turf rolling equipment.

While the equipment and technology used by turf professionals have changed significantly over the past three decades, Double A has continued to evolve alongside its customers. Its sales, support and technical teams continue to develop the expertise needed to help turf professionals get the most from their equipment.
